Pfilates
Intro Pfilates was created to
provide a widely accessible method of recovering or enhancing pelvic
floor strength. Centered Films was responsible for all production
and
post-production for this 64 minute program, a one camera shoot
using our Panasonic DVX-100B standard definition 16:9. 16 MB 07:20
